Community rules

Hudd is a place for gamers to show who they are and find people to play with. These rules keep it a good place to be. They apply to everything you post: posts, comments, discussions, replies, squads, your profile and your pictures.

The rules

  1. No spamNo ads, scams, or the same thing posted over and over. Sharing your stream or your clips is fine; flooding people with it is not.
  2. No harassment or bullyingDon't target, insult, pile on or keep contacting someone who wants you to stop. Trash talk about a match is part of gaming; going after the person isn't.
  3. No hateNo attacks on people for who they are: race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or where they're from.
  4. No sexual contentNo nudity or sexual material, anywhere: posts, pictures, profiles or usernames.
  5. No violence or threatsDon't threaten anyone, and don't encourage anyone to hurt themselves or others. In-game violence is fine; real-world threats never are.
  6. No impersonationDon't pretend to be someone else: another player, a streamer, a company, or us.

If you see something

Use Report in the menu on the post, comment, discussion, squad or profile. The person you report is never told who reported them. If you'd rather just not see someone any more, Block them: neither of you will see the other anywhere.

What moderators can do

Moderators read every report. Depending on what happened, they can:

  • leave it, if it doesn't break the rules;
  • remove the post, comment, discussion, reply, squad, or what's on a profile;
  • suspend an account for 1 day, for 7 days, or permanently.

A suspended player is signed out and can't sign in until the suspension ends. Their account isn't deleted, and they can still choose to delete it themselves. Every moderator action is written down in a record that can't be edited.
